Nancy C. Welter, 99, died Jan. 4, 2013, at Palm Gardens of Vero Beach.
She was born in Madison, Wis., and lived in Vero Beach for 10 years, coming from Port St. Lucie, where she lived for 10 years.
She moved to the Treasure Coast from Deerfield Beach.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her sons, Ronald Welter and William Welter, both of Vero Beach, and Raymond Welter Jr., of Fort Lauderdale; sister, Mae Thibeault, of Stuart; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Welter Sr.
