Lois Radtke, 97, died Jan. 3, 2013, at Indian River Estate Medical Center, Vero Beach.
She was born in Fond du Lac, Wis., and lived in Vero Beach since 2002, coming from Melbourne.
She finished her education at the Merrill-Palmer Institute, Detroit.
She was a member and volunteer of the Presbyterian Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Col. Kurt G. Radtke.
Survivors include her daughter, Sue Rice, of Port St. Lucie; sons, Kurt G. Radtke Jr., of Fort Collins, Colo., and Jon Radtke, of Phoenix; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Interment will be at Arlington National Cemetery on a date to be determined.
Arrangements are by All County Funeral Home & Crematory, Treasure Coast Chapel.
