Hiram “Hi” Sessoms, 93, died Jan. 1, 2013, at Palm Garden of Vero Beach.
He was born in Clinton, N.C., and lived in Sebastian for 32 years, coming from Sewell, N.J.
He was a graduate of Frankford High School, Philadelphia.
He was an Army veteran of World War II.
He was employed by the Texaco Corp. for 31 years in Westville, N.J.
He was of the Baptist Faith.
He was a member of Texaco Retirees Club and the Loyal Order of Moose 1767, Sebastian.
Survivors include his son, John Sessoms, of Barefoot Bay; daughters, Sandra Campbell, of Jacksonville and Nancy Fabiani, of Barefoot Bay; stepdaughter, Judith D’estrre, of Medford Lakes, of New Jersey; stepsons, Steve MacMillan, of Palm Beach and Luke MacMillan, of Washington Township, N.J.; and two grandsons.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Marie; and second wife, Betty.
