VERO BEACH — Susan Grandpierre continues the 28th season of AAUW’s Book Review Breakfasts on Monday, Jan. 7, with her review of “The Righteous Mind: Why Good People Are Divided by Politics and Religion” by Jonathan Haidt.
Free and open to the public, the series is held at the Richardson Center on the Mueller campus of Indian River State College, 6155 College Ln. in Vero Beach.
A continental breakfast at 9:30 a.m. will be followed by the review at 10 a.m.
No tickets or reservations are required.
Grandpierre, chair of the Old Vero Ice Age Sites Committee and co-chair of the Emerson Center’s Public Programs Committee, retired after 30 years in corporate America, having worked as an economist, financial manager, information systems executive, industry marketing executive, and strategic planning consultant.
Author Haidt is the Thomas Cooley Professor of Ethical Leadership at New York University’s Stern School of Business.

The remaining book review breakfasts this season will be held on Feb. 6, March 4 and Apr. 1, all at 9:30 a.m. at the Richardson Center.

Today membership is open to both men and women who have an Associate, RN, Baccalaureate, or higher degree from an accredited college or university.
