Stanley M. Bodek, 80, died Dec. 13, 2012, at VNA Hospice House, Vero Beach.
He was born in Jersey City, N.J., and lived in Fort Pierce for 20 years, coming from Carlstadt, N.J.
Before retirement, he was employed as a draftsman for Square D. Co. in Secaucus, N.J., for 20 years.
He was a past grand knight of Knights of Columbus.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Dorothy Bodek, of Fort Pierce; sons, Michael Bodek, of New Jersey, John Bodek, of Savannah, Ga., and Steven Bodek, of Brecksville, Ohio; daughter, Kathleen Ferrara, of New Jersey; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his son, Joseph Bodek, in 1998; and one grandson in 2007.
No services are planned at this time.
