Gunster welcomes Patricia Kimball Fletcher

TREASURE COAST — Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest business law firms, is pleased to welcome Patricia Kimball (“PK”) Fletcher as a shareholder.

PK Fletcher will join Gunster’s Real Estate Practice and focus her work throughout Florida, including from the Treasure Coast down to Miami.

Ms. Fletcher joins Gunster bringing extensive experience in real estate law. Her breadth of experience includes real estate, zoning law, land use, condominium development, telecommunication law, commercial real estate, and eminent domain.

She is recognized for her experience on Interstate Land Sales Act, out-of-state registrations, condominiums and homeowners associations, and implementing cutting edge club and sales products.

Prior to joining Gunster, Ms. Fletcher served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel to AV Homes, Inc., formerly Avatar Holdings Inc.

She also previously served as chair of the Florida Real Estate and Finance Department at Duane Morris LLP in Miami.

Ms. Fletcher earned her J.D. and B.A. from the University of Miami School of Law. She received both degrees summa cum laude and as Valedictorian of her class.
