Whole Child Indian River moves to United Way office

VERO BEACH — Whole Child Indian River is excited to announce they recently relocated to an office at the United Way of Indian River. Previously, the program was housed at the Junior League of Indian River’s headquarters at Dyer Mazda.

“We are grateful for United Way’s support of the program by allowing us the use of one of their incubation offices,” said Whole Child’s Executive Director Kelley Williams.

“The centrally located office provides greater visibility and makes it easier for people to locate us. It’s a great space to meet with providers and families,” Williams added.

An initiative of the Junior League of Indian River, Whole Child connects families to much-needed programs and resources through a confidential web-based program.

“Indian River County is rich in services to meet the diverse needs of the families who reside here, but parents often don’t know what’s available or how to access help,” said League President Tiffany Sweeney. “Whole Child makes it easy for families to get connected.”

Whether they are in need of health care, educational programs, or enrichment activities, parents can find it all in one place. Through a six-dimensional assessment, Whole Child assists parents in identifying their needs and connects them with service providers in our community.

The program is free, accessible 24 hours a day, and confidential.

For more information about the program, please visit www.WholeChildIRC.org or call Kelley at (772) 567-8008.

Whole Child’s new address is 1836 14th Ave., Rm. 205, in Vero Beach.
