WABASSO ISLAND — The Environmental Learning Center (ELC) recently announced a new Business Partner Program that offers businesses excellent brand exposure while supporting the area’s premier environmental organization.
“Businesses are vital partners in the ELC’s endeavors to instill an understanding of the natural world, enrich people’s lives, and inspire participants to be active stewards of the surrounding environment,” says ELC Development Director Camille Yates.
“For close to 25 years, numerous businesses in the area have continuously supported us. But now, our new Business Partnership Membership allows a business to reach out to several thousand people each year through outstanding marketing opportunities,” Yates added.
Basic benefits of the program include recognition in the ELC Annual Report and on the website, free admission to the ELC, a 10% discount in the Nature Nook Gift Shop, and an employee family day at the ELC.
There are six different levels of partnership with increasing marketing opportunities.
Businesses interested in learning more about this outstanding opportunity to expand their advertising coverage while supporting environmental education for both children and adults can go to the ELC website, www.DiscoverELC.org, or call ELC Development Director Camille Yates at (772) 589-5050.
The Environmental Learning Center is located north of Vero Beach off County Road 510 at the western end of the Wabasso Bridge. Its campus includes exhibit areas, native plant gardens, picnic facilities, gift shop, and visitor center.
ELC membership benefits, a list of its many field excursions, EcoVentures, including nature walks, canoe excursions, and boating adventures, can be found at www.DiscoverELC.org.
Admission is $5 per person, children 12 and under are free, and ELC members receive free admission year-round.
The first Saturday of every month is free to all.
