Larry Ellis Teckenbrock, 72, died Nov. 6, 2012, at Hospice House in Chiefland.
He was born in Indianapolis.
He joined the Army in 1961 and after he was discharged, he moved to Florida where he worked as a diesel mechanic.
Survivors include his mother, Beatrice Scott, of Kokomo, Ind.; children, David Teckenbrock and Duane Teckenbrock, both of Bell, Sheri Sheppard, of Jay, Tammy Hernandez, of Monument, Colo., and Donnie Teckenbrock, of Vero Beach; brother, David Gault, of Kokomo; sister, Charlene Teckenbrock, of Indianapolis; 14 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are by Direction Cremation, Gainesville.
