Faustine “Momma Jackie” Hall, 83, Vero Beach

Faustine “Momma Jackie” Hall, 83, died Nov. 11, 2012, at Indian River Medical Center, Vero Beach.

She was born in Pinehurst, Ga., and lived in Vero Beach for 50 years, coming from Ocala.

Before retirement she was the owner/operator of Jackie’s Cash & Carry Convenience Store, Vero Beach.

She worked as a waitress for Howard Johnson.

She belonged to the Salvation Army Church, Vero Beach.

Survivors include her husband of 50 years Philip Hall, of Vero Beach; daughter, Beverly Rimes, of Vero Beach; son, Allan V. Sims, of Ocala; stepsons, Greg Hall and Gary Hall, of Vero Beach; stepdaughter, Karen Hall, of Vero Beach; 18 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Memorial contributions may be made to The Salvation Army, 2655 Fifth St. S.W., Vero Beach, FL 32962.

No services are planned at this time.
