Annette Fredriksen, 67, died Nov. 7, 2012, at Indian River Medical Center, Vero Beach.
She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and lived in Vero Beach for 13 years, coming from Valley Stream, N.Y.
Before retirement, she was a bookkeeper for Robert L. Warren Co. and Peter Andrews.
She was a member of St. Helen Catholic Church.
Survivors include her daughters, Kristina Ziemak of Farmingdale, N.Y., and Jennifer Perri of Lindenhurst, N.Y.; son, Peter John Fredriksen of Malverne, N.Y.; brother, Anthony Cosenza of Staten Island, N.Y.; and six grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Nov. 9 at Strunk Funeral Home, Vero Beach.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Nov. 10 at St. Helen Catholic Church in Vero Beach.
Interment at Fountainhead Memorial Park in Palm Bay.
