James Belo Queen, 71, died Nov. 6, 2012, at his home.
He was born in Harmony, N.C., and lived in Vero Beach for 40 years, coming from North Carolina.
He was of Baptist faith. Before retirement, he worked for Piper Aircraft as a painter.
Survivors include his daughter, Sheila Subina Holland, of Lake Lure, N.C.; sisters, Carolyn Widner, of Sebastian and Lynda Ford, of Vero Beach; brother, Wayne Queen, of Statesville, N.C.; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Floyd Queen.
