George William May Jr., 81, died Oct. 24, 2012, at his home.
He was born in Philadelphia and lived in Vero Beach for 37 years, coming from Allamuchy, N.J.
He was a graduate of the University of Maine.
He was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the Army.
He had been a buyer for Warner-Lambert Pharmaceutical before his retirement.
He was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church in Vero Beach.
Survivors include his daughter, Patricia Corapi, of Indialantic.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Catherine May.
