SEBASTIAN — Sebastian Mayor Jim Hill and Jerome Adams have won seats on the City Council Tuesday night. As of 9:32 p.m., with four precincts of four reporting, Hill had 6,269 votes and Adams had 4,082 votes.
Candidates running third and fourth in the vote count after the first batch of returns was released are Tim Slaven and Damien Gilliams.
Slaven, who campaigned with Hill and watched returns come in with him, got 3,235 votes.
Gilliams, a Sebastian business owner and frequent commenter at Sebastian City Council meetings, received 2,977 votes.
