Russell Alvin Bevard, 58, died Oct. 25, 2012, at his home.
He was born in Baltimore and lived in Vero Beach for 35 years, coming from New Carrollton, Md.
He owned and operated Mid Coast Tire Service in Vero Beach since 1977.
He was a member of the Jaycees.
Survivors include his children, Russell A. Bevard Jr. and Joey McGee, both of Vero Beach; mother, Margaret Bevard, of Bowie, Md.; brothers, Bruce Bevard and Carl Bevard, both of Huntingtown, Md., James Streett Bevard III, of Fairfax, Va., Robert Bevard, of Bowie and John Bevard, of Mineral, Va.; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Streett Bevard Jr.

A celebration of his life will be at 11 a.m. Nov. 3 at Calvary Chapel, Vero Beach with the Rev. Jim Gallagher officiating.
