Adelaide “Addy” Lillian Singer died Oct. 30, 2012, at the VNA/Hospice House in Vero Beach.
She was born in Newark, N.J., and lived in Vero Beach for four years, coming from Mountainside and Manchester, N.J.
She was a member of the Essex Skating Club of New Jersey and its Precision Ice Dance Team, which competed at the national level.
Survivors include her daughter, Donna Singer; son, Alan Singer; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Robert L. Singer; and her brothers, Richard and Harold Shortmeier.

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Nov. 2 at the Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory in Vero Beach.
