VERO BEACH — Audition call for Mozart Requiem.
Monday, Oct. 29, at 6 p.m. in the choir room of the Community Church, 1901 23rd St., there will be auditions for altos, tenors, and basses.
Soprano voices are encouraged to try out for the alto parts.
The Mozart Requiem will be performed on March 9, 2013, by the newly formed Atlantic Symphonic Chorus (ASC) under the direction of Dr. Jose Daniel Flores.
This new group has been created with the specific purpose of performing major choral works with orchestra.
The ASC is comprised of the Atlantic Schola Cantorum, the Atlantic Children’s Chorale, and other singers from the community.
