William “Billy” David Bullock Jr., 34, died Oct. 15, 2012 at home.
He was born in Wilmington, Del., and moved to Vero Beach in 2006 from Wilmington.
He was a graduate of Penn State University.
He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Vero Beach.
He had been a sprinkler fitter in Delaware and a volunteer fireman with the Brandywine Hundred in Wilmington.
He was a meat cutter at Publix in Vero Beach.
Survivors include his son, Blake M. Russo, of Vero Beach; mother, Deidra Lee Massey, of Fort Pierce; father, William David Bullock, of Wilmington; brother, Beau Louis Bullock, of Ocala; sister, Melani VanLea Lord, of Vero Beach; and maternal grandfather, Robert L. Massey Sr., of Chadds Ford, Pa.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Leonalee Wright; and paternal grandparents, Louis Bullock and Pearl McGinty.
