INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — Tropical Storm Rafael has developed into Hurricane Rafael according to the National Hurricane Center during their 5 a.m. update today.
The storm is moving faster north-northeast and its conditions are supposed to deteroate as it crosses Bermuda this afternoon.

INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — Tropical Storm Rafael has formed from a low pressure area to a named storm over the Eastern Caribbean.
There are U.S. warnings in effect for this storm. Although, it is predicted to stay out in the ocean.
