Rita A. Herrst, 91, died Oct. 13, 2012, at Clare Bridge Cottage, Vero Beach.
She was born in Wayne, Mich., and lived in Vero Beach for four years, coming from Ann Arbor, Mich.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her sons, Lloyd Herrst, of Dexter, Mich., Harvey Herrst, of Vero Beach, David Herrst, of Titusville, and James Herrst, of Pinckney, Mich.; three grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and four great-step-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death her husband of 58 years, Francis; and son, Louis.

A memorial service will be at a later date in Michigan.
