INDIAN RIVER COUNTY – Tropical Storm Patty has formed off the coast of Florida but is expected to be short lived according to the National Hurricane Center.
Currently Patty is stationary.
According to Weather Underground, the southern tip of Florida is in the cone of uncertainty.
