VERO BEACH — On Oct. 4 from 6:30-8:30 p.m., Vero Beach Art Club is offering free artist demonstrations at their monthly general meetings, which are open to the public, bringing affordable art awareness and education to Indian River County.
This month Bob Lafferandre, former owner of Lafferandre Gallery in Fort Pierce, will fully demonstrate his technique from start to finish on making fine copper plate etchings.
The general meetings are held in the Leonhardt Auditorium in the Vero Beach Museum of Art, 3001 Riverside Park Dr., from 6:30-8:30 p.m. on the first Thursday of every month from October to April, except for December.
Social time is from 6:30-7 p.m., with the meeting being held at 7 p.m.
This month’s presentation with Bob Lafferandre’s demo will begin following the meeting at approximately 7:20-7:30 p.m.
