Clara Alease Parks, 81, died Sept. 25, 2012. She was born in Wierwood, Va., and lived in Vero Beach for 46 years.
Survivors include her husband, Eddie F. Parks, of Vero Beach; sons, Eddie G. Parks, Derek M. Parks and Kevin Parks, all of Dallas, Texas, and Anthony W. Parks, of Nashville, Tenn.; daughter, Sandra Pierce, of Lake Wales; and 14 grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Oct. 5 at Northside Agape Ministries.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Oct. 6 at Northside Agape Ministries.
Burial will be at South Florida National Cemetery on Oct. 8. Arrangements are by Hortense & Mills in Vero Beach.
