VERO BEACH — Indian River Medical Center is planning a special edition of its hospital magazine that will be published in December 2012. IRMC cancer survivors who have a ‘hankering toward Hollywood’ are encouraged to come to the hospital to have their smiling faces photographed to be included in a montage gracing the back cover of the hospital’s magazine.
Anyone who has been diagnosed and/or treated for cancer at IRMC is invited to be a ‘star.’
Those interested in having their photo taken for the back cover of the magazine should call IRMC at 772.563.4463 before Oct. 2 to make an appointment.
Pictures will be taken on Thursday, Oct. 4, between 9 and 11 a.m., and Friday, Oct. 5, between 2-4 p.m., in the 5E Day Room located on 5th Floor in the hospital.
