VERO BEACH – Cyclists are invited to participate in Tour de Vero, Sunday, Oct. 7 in honor of fallen Fire Chief and fellow cyclist Brian Nolan.
40, 60 & 88 mile rides available. SAG support stations placed strategically along the course. Mid-day snack provided by Carrabbas Italian Grill, and a raffle at the end of the ride.
Start time: 7:15 a.m. from Carrabba’s Italian Grill, 1285 US Hwy 1, Vero Beach.
Mission: to provide awareness for Coronary Arterial Disease and raise funds for the Indian River Firefighters Benevolent Association, Inc. The IRFFBA is a nonprofit 501(c)3 that assists with Indian River County Burn Fund, local high school scholarships, fairground improvements, other various charitable organizations, and for the benefit of public safety.
