Ronald Brown, 78, died Sept. 1, 2012, at the VNA Hospice House, Vero Beach.
He was born in Muncie, Ind., and lived in Vero Beach for 29 years, coming from Indianapolis.
After ending his private law practice in Indianapolis, he worked for Windsor Regency Co. in Vero Beach for 20 years.
He served as a council member at Redeemer Lutheran Church and Our Savior Lutheran Church in Vero Beach.
He was a member of the Exchange Club and was a mentor at the Vero Beach High School.
He graduated from Hanover College in Indiana, then attended law school at Indiana University.
Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Donna Brown; daughters, Elizabeth, of Vero Beach, Stephanie, of Palm Coast and Beckie, of Indianapolis; son, Jim, of Indianapolis; and six grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Living Lord Lutheran Church, 2725 58th Ave., Vero Beach, FL 32966.
A memorial service will be at 2:30 p.m. Sept. 14 at the Living Lord Lutheran Church, Vero Beach.
