Rosa Lee Ross, 93, died Aug. 29, 2012, at VNA Hospice House, Vero Beach.
She was born in Thomasville, Ga., and lived in Indian River County since 1939.
She was a member of Community Missionary Baptist Church, where she served as church mother and was in the choir.
Survivors include her daughters, Willie Mae Anderson and Betty Brown, both of Gifford, Ella Brown, of Sebastian, Jessie Ross, of Albany, N.Y., and Bernice Relaford, of Cordele, Ga.; 13 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Shirley Harris; brothers, George Daniels and Doc Daniels; and sister, Eliza Blatch.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Sept. 7 at Stone Brothers Funeral Home and Chapel, Vero Beach.
A service will be at 2:30 p.m. Sept. 8 at Community Missionary Baptist Church. Vero Beach.
Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Fort Pierce.
