Joseph Anthony Simmons, 52, died Aug. 27, 2012.
He was a lifelong resident of Vero Beach.
Survivors include his sisters, Johnnie Simmons, Clinetta Stuckey, Jackie Austin, and Freddie Mae Joseph, all of Vero Beach.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Aug. 31 at the Hortense/Mills Funeral Home.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sept. 1 at Humble Church of God, Vero Beach.
Burial will follow in Gifford Cemetery.
