Jane Elnora Sorensen, 82, died Aug. 9, 2012, at Indian River Medical Center.
She was born in Orange, N.J., and lived in Vero Beach since 1993.
She held various positions within the banking industry and her husband’s business.
Survivors include her sons, Jeffery Swagger, of Delray Beach, Jon Swagger and Richard Swagger, both of Nashville, Tenn., and Mark Sorensen, of Sacramento, Calif.; daughters, Martha Countegan, of Farmington Hills, Mich., and Lisa McKeown, of Flemington, N.J.; and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Palmer “Skip” Sorensen; and brother, James “Bud” Albert.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Red Cross, P.O. Box 4002018, Des Moines, IA 50340-2018.
Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Aug. 12 with a funeral service at 11 a.m. Aug. 13 at Aycock Funeral Home, Fort Pierce.
Entombment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
