Michael Patrick Anderson, 57, died Aug. 5, 2012, at home.
He was born in Highlands, N.J., and lived in Sebastian since 1984, coming from Jupiter.
He was a volunteer fire chief in Vero Lake Estates.
He was employed as a physical therapy assistant at Consulate Health Care in Vero Beach.
Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Elaine Anderson, of Vero Beach; son, William Patrick Anderson, of Sebastian; daughter, Heather Elaine Anderson, of Marion, Va.; father, Henry Anderson, of Hobe Sound; sisters, Cathy Egbers, of Stuart and Dee Dee Anderson, of Hobe Sound; and three granddaughters.
A celebration of life service will be at 10 a.m. Aug. 11 at Strunk Funeral Home Chapel, Sebastian.
