Cyrus Weems, 28, died July 23, 2012.
He was born in Tampa and lived in Vero Beach since 2008, coming from Fort Pierce.
He was a sales associate for Walmart.
Survivors include his wife, LaKesha Weems, of Vero Beach; father, James Hearns, of Tampa; brother, Edward Hearns, of Texas; and sister, Debra Hearns, of Tampa.
A memorial service will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Aug. 3 at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church, Gifford, where the funeral will be at 11 a.m. Aug. 4.
Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.
