VERO BEACH — This Chili Cook Off fundraiser will be held at the Vero Beach Power Squadron building on Aug. 11 and will benefit the Youth Sailing Foundation.
It will begin at 5 p.m.
The menu will include chili, of course, cole slaw, rice, and desserts.
Admission price is $10 but will be waived for those of you who enter your chili in the contest.
Soft drinks will be supplied.
If you make a mean pot of chili, enter the contest and win a prize. Nine entries have already been accepted. There will also be a mild version of chili for those who cannot tolerate spiciness.

As part of our commitment to the community and Youth Sailing Foundation, the executive committee approved a special dinner with all proceeds going to YSF.
The sailing program is moving from the Vero Beach Marina to their own building and is in need of donations for renovations, etc.
