Walter C. Dolde, died July 25, 2012.
He was born in Karlsruhe, Baden, Germany, and lived in Sebastian since 1990.
He spent his entire career with the Campbell Soup Co.
He was a World War II veteran, winning battle decorations in North Africa and Italy, including the battles of Monte Casino and Rome.
He received a battlefield commission during the Italian campaign.
He was president of the Chester River Yacht and Country Club, Chestertown, Md.
Survivors include his son, Walter Jr., of Milford, Conn.; daughter, Marilyn Lee McAlack, of Wilmington, Del.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Edna Pippo Dolde.
A memorial service will be arranged at a later date.
