Barbara Robinson Forester, 93, died July 18, 2012, at home.
She was born in Sea Cliff, Long Island, N.Y., and lived in Vero Beach since 1990, coming from Long Island.
She was a member of the Junior League of the Treasure Coast, Matinecock Garden Club in Long Island, P.E.O. Chapter A.A., the Smith College Club and the Meadowbrook Hunt Club.
Survivors include her son, Frank Forester III of Brattleboro, Vt.; daughter, Valerie Forester of Vero Beach; brother, John C. Robinson of Geneseo, N.Y.; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Frank Forester Jr.; and her sister, Patricia Robinson Weir.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice .
Private family services are planned.
