Donald Allen Combs, 62, died July 10, 2012, at VNA Hospice House.
He was born in Johnson City, Tenn., and moved to Vero Beach from Palm Bay.
He was a Marine Corps veteran.
Before retirement, he worked as a general contractor for 20 years.
He was a member of Palm Bay American Legion.
Survivors include his daughters, Shani Jordan, of Vero Beach, Lauren Hottel, of Raleigh, N.C., and Tracy Combs, of Hillsborough, N.C.; step-son, Sean Lawler, of Virginia; mother, Stella Combs, of Athens, Ohio; brothers, Johnny, of Ohio, Lynn, of Florida and Terry, of Arizona; sisters, Beverly, of North Carolina and Judy, of Ohio; three grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and one step-great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his father, John Combs.

Services will be private.
