“Summertime at Tiger Lily!” coincides with First Friday Art Stroll on July 6

VERO BEACH — The artists are busy at work creating new and exciting pieces that will be on view in the gallery on July 6 for First Friday Art Stroll.

Shotsi Cain LaJoie has been exploring oil paints and has several small abstracts in the works, some of which are studies for large scale paintings.

Glenda Taylor has completed a new coral reef table featuring exquisitely crafted sea turtles, fish, crabs, starfish, and other sculpted sealife. She is a nationally recognized ceramic artist known for her detailed glaze work on wheel thrown vessels and is now expanding into sculptural forms.

Tiger Lily is owned and operated by Travis Blanton, Julia Carter, Donna Dodderage, Shotsi Cain Lajoie, Sharon Sexton, and Glenda Taylor. These very talented artists have a working studio located at 1903 14th Ave., in a historic church in downtown Vero Beach.

Their summers hours of operation are by appointment or chance until October 1.
