Michael J. Pietrzak, 47, died June 26, 2012.
He was born in Buffalo, N.Y., and lived in Sebastian for 16 years, coming from Tampa.
He was a graduate of Plant City High School in Plant City.
Survivors include his parents, Edward and Theresa Pietrzak; brother, Mark Pietrzak; and sisters, Linda Juszkiewicz, Debra Pietrzak and Dawn Gnojek.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Sebastian Catholic Church, 13075 U.S. 1, Sebastian, FL 32958.
A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. June 30 at St. Sebastian Catholic Church in Sebastian.
