Indian River County now in cone of uncertainty for T.S. Debby

June 26, 7:40 a.m. — Debby is slowly moving eastward while maintaining strength.


 

June 25, 1:01 p.m. — During another change to the path of Tropical Storm Debby the latest information puts most of Florida, including Indian River County, in the cone of uncertainty. The storm is reported to be weaker as it approaches land.


 

June 24, 7:14 p.m. — Update: The path of Tropical Storm Debby has changed and is now headed toward the panhandle of Florida.


June 24, 8:06 a.m. — Update: A tropical storm warning has been issued for parts of Florida.


Tropical Storm Debby has formed in the Gulf of Mexico. Outer rain bands are expected to affect west, central, and south Florida.

A warning has been issued for the Louisiana coast.

The storm is sustaining winds of 38 m.p.h. causing 10-foot waves.

Currently the storm is tracking west away from Florida.
