Hazel Pearl Goodman, 79, died June 14, 2012, at VNA/Hospice House in Vero Beach.
She was born in Ashford, Ala., and lived in Indian River County for 59 years.
She was a retired laborer in the citrus business.
She was a member of the Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church of Fellsmere.
Survivors include her sons, Jonathan Goodman and Edmond Goodman, both of Fellsmere; daughters, Joyce Jean Baptiste and Nepsie Brown, both of Fellsmere; 20 grandchildren; and 42 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Earnest Goodman; sons, Frederick Collins and Laforest Collins; daughters, Elaine Collins, Alice Marie Goodman; brother, Frank Fletcher; and sister, Odessa Clark.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. June 22 at Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church in Fellsmere.
A funeral will be at 2 p.m. June 23 at the church. Burial will follow at Brookside Cemetery in Fellsmere.
Arrangements are by Stone Brothers Funeral Chapel.
