Joan Marie Clinton, 79, died June 8, 2012, at Sebastian River Medical Center in Sebastian.
She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and lived in both Sebastian and Barefoot Bay since 1988, coming from North Merrick, N.Y.
Before retirement, she was staff aide to the principal of Lakeside School in Merrick.
She was a long-time member of St. Luke Catholic Church and a member of St. Luke Ladies Guild.
Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Brian J. Clinton, of Sebastian; sons, Kenneth Clinton, of Ontario, Wis., and Gerard Clinton, of Sayville, N.Y.; daughter, Joanne Carbone, of Bayside, N.Y.; sister, Francis Ricca, of North Merrick; and four grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. June 22 at St. Luke Catholic Church in Barefoot Bay.
