Betty Jane McCoy, 77, died May 31, 2012, at Indian River Medical Center, Vero Beach.
She was born in Elkhorn, W.Va., and lived in Sebastian for nine years, coming from Stuart.
She was a member of King’s Baptist Church, Vero Beach.
Survivors include her daughters, Tannie Gressinger and Deborah Wilkinson, both of Sebastian, and Jamie Irvin, of Hobe Sound; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon.

Friends of the family are invited to attend a graveside service at 10 a.m. June 7 at Sebastian Cemetery with the Rev. Frank Ellis of King’s Baptist Church officiating.
