VERO BEACH — Please join us for the 35th Annual Youth Guidance Tropical Night Luau on Saturday, June 2, from 7-11 p.m. at the beautiful Quail Valley River Club benefitting at-risk youth in Indian River County.
This evening is filled with dining, dancing, and mingling with friends along with an exciting silent auction. Last year’s event sold out in record time, so make sure to get on board early to avoid missing this great affair.
Sponsors are invited to an exclusive party from 6-7 p.m. to preview the auction items in a private setting while enjoying cocktails and appetizers.
Sponsors will be recognized in local media, Facebook, and Twitter.
Sponsorships begin at just $500 and include tickets to the event.
Reserved tables are available for a minimum sponsorship of $2,000.
There are many ways to help us reach our goal of raising $60,000 to provide summer camp and other year-round activities for at-risk youth enrolled in our program.
Youth Guidance hopes that you are able to sponsor and attend this event, but if not, there are opportunities to sponsor a child for camp and/or donate auction items. Please see the enclosed form detailing these support opportunities.
Youth Guidance serves over 700 at-risk youth from low-income, single-parent households each year. The parent or guardian of the youth we serve works one or two low-wage jobs just to provide food, shelter, and clothing.
The summer months can be a daunting time for these financially unstable families. Summer camp provides a healthy, safe, and enriching alternative to spending the long summer months home alone, unsupervised, with few opportunities for personal growth for these youth.
