John Robert Lamson, 91, died May 21, 2012, at the Indian River Medical Center, Vero Beach.
He was born in Springfield Township, Ohio, and lived in Vero Beach for 10 years, coming from Daytona Beach.
He was a veteran of World War II and served in the Navy as an electrician’s mate first class.
Survivors include his daughters, Debra Kappel, of Vero Beach and Judy Hendrickson, of Jacksonville; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Estelle Lamson, in 2004.
Services and interment will be private at Crestlawn Cemetery in Vero Beach.
