Lois Legue, 85, died April 28, 2012, at her home.
She was born in Casey, Ill., and lived in Sebastian for 38 years.
Before retirement, she was a co-owner of J&L Products in Fort Lauderdale.
She was of the Methodist faith.
She was a member of the VFW Post 10210 in Sebastian.
She was a 1944 graduate of Casey Township High School in Illinois.
Survivors include her daughters, Judy Heffer, Karen Bobish, and Teri Yackso, all of Sebastian; sons, Dale Smidley, Bill Legue II and Ronnie Legue, all of Sebastian; brothers, Ken Brandenburg, of Dallas, Texas, and Bill Brandenburg, of Atwood, Ill.; sister, Norma Denny, of Ypsilanti, Mich.; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Bill; sisters, Hazel, Iva and Fran; and brothers, Bud and Carson.
Memorial contributions may be made by planting a tree in her name.
A private memorial service was conducted May 1.
