VERO BEACH — The Vero Beach High School Music Department presents “Songs & Dances” Spring Band Concert on Thursday, May 17, at 7 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center at 1707 16th St. in Vero Beach.
This event will feature the VBHS Symphonic bands performing music such as “Devil Dance” by John Kinyon, “Folk Song Suite” by Ralph Vaughan Williams, and “Suite of Old American Dances” by Robert Russell Bennett.
In addition, the award winning VBHS Jazz Band will perform melodies by Artie Shaw, George Gershwin, and more led by Mr. James Sammons and Mr. Page Howell.
