VERO BEACH — The Indian River County Bar Association is promoting two community events this week, which are free to the public.
1. Phone-a-lawyer. On May 1, from 7-8:30 p.m., on Comcast, channel 28, lawyers from the Indian River County Bar Association will answer call-in questions from residents. Residents are encouraged to tune in early when the telephone number will be displayed.
2. Meet-a-lawyer. On May 3, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Indian River County Courthouse Law Library, lawyers from the Indian River County Bar Association will meet with residents on a first come, first served basis, and answer legal questions in one-on-one consultations.
