Jeanne Dorothy Collins, 78, died April 26, 2012, at the VNA Hospice House.
She lived in Vero Beach and Washington, D.C.
Survivors include her daughters, Karen J. Levy and Suzanne L. Schaefer; son, Louis J. Levy Jr.; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas R. York.
