Dana G. Stetser, 91, died April 25, 2012, at Indian River Estates.
He was born in Wilmington, Del., and lived in Vero Beach since 1998.
Before retirement, he practiced as an architect, receiving four Pennsylvania Society of Architects awards and was a partner in the Ballinger Co., a Philadelphia firm of architects, engineers and interior designers.
He was a veteran of World War II, Korean War and the Cuban Missile Crisis as a major in the Air Force.
He studied engineering at Bucknell University and graduated from Syracuse University as an architect.
He was a member of Mensa, Intertel, Intern Development Program, American Institute of Architects and Construction Specification Institute.
Upon retirement, he served as mediator on construction cases as expert witness and on the Indian River County Code Enforcement Board.
Survivors include his wife of 68 years, Virginia; children, Carol, of Sedona, Ariz., Dana Michael, of New Freeport, Pa., Deborah Burpee, of Conshohocken, Pa., Lisa Hockensmith, of Spring Grove, Pa., and Christopher, of Miami; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

A Quaker memorial service will be at a later date.
