I guess if it can’t be accomplished at the federal level it’s up to the states.

If protecting your employees or their rights isn’t enough, there is a reported cost savings to businesses.
Here’s hoping that the rest of the states follow in their footsteps.
For an employer to ask for passwords to your social media accounts is despicable. I would never do it and would never work for someone who did. I see it as a way of subverting current laws on the books to protect workers.
It’s not enough that governments are trying to break unions that protect workers, now they are trying to trample worker’s rights under the guise of “it’s a down economy” and they should feel lucking to be hired.
I hope Florida is next to pass this type of legislation.
