Ronald “Ron” Bruce Tuck, 67, died March 26, 2012, at Indian River Medical Center, Vero Beach.
He was born in Palmersville, Tenn., and lived in Sebastian for 25 years, coming from West Melbourne.
He was a fourth-, fifth- and sixth-grade teacher in Beardstown, Ill., for six years and Sebastian for three years.
He also was a citrus manager for Sun-Ag Inc. in Fellsmere for 28 years and a draftsman for Green Brothers Construction, Sebastian, for six years.
Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Rinda J. Tuck, of Sebastian; son, Russell R. Tuck, of Vero Beach; daughter, Robyn L. Tuck, of Vero Beach; sisters, Barbara Simons, of Belle, Mo., Brenda Green, of Vero Beach; and four grandchildren.
Visitation will be 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on April 2 at Strunk Funeral Home, Vero Beach.
A celebration of life dinner will be at 5 p.m. followed by a time of sharing at 6 p.m. on April 3 at Sebastian Christian Church “Fellowship Hall,” 190 Day Drive, Sebastian.
